Beginning in 1982, I studied Biology at the Dept. of Zoology -Ludwig Maximilians Universität Munich
My main subject became neurobiology.
After my examination 1987, I graduated with the Diplom-thesis in 1989.
For my PhD-thesis I developed an approach to monitor cell function purely optical in an intact organ.
